Refund policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with it, please see below for more information on our refund policies.
Eligibility
All incomplete courses will be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of course purchase.
Please take into consideration that all courses are available immediately after purchase and the refund policy terms apply to this timeframe.
How to Request a Refund
If you’d like to request a refund for a product you have purchased, contact the school owner directly through Camp Liquid's Contact Form on Teachable.
To access this form:
- Login to Camp Liquid's Teachable school
- Click the student profile in the top right corner.
- Click on Contact.
- A form will appear to add your contact information and a message.
- After completing the form, click Send.
We recommend allowing 1-2 business days for the school owner to respond.
Refund Process Time
Refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your refund request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Please note: Our support hours are Monday - Friday between 9am - 3pm CT
Refund Amount
The refund will be issued for the full amount of the original purchase.
Course Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed, you will lose access to the course content and Slack community.
Exceptions
- Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be eligible for consideration.
- Refunds may not be granted if you have accessed more than 90% of the course content.
- Any violation of Camp Liquid's terms of service may result in the denial of a refund.
